    These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between your business (“you”, “the client”) and Brisk Pay Ltd (“Brisk”, “we”, “us”). By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
  2. Our services

    Brisk provides business payment and treasury services, including multi-currency business accounts, cross-border payments, international collections and business foreign exchange. Brisk is a payments and treasury provider and is not a bank.
  3. Eligibility & onboarding

    Our services are available to businesses only. To open an account you must complete our onboarding and verification process and provide the documents we request. We may decline or close an account where we are unable to complete required checks.
  4. Your responsibilities

    • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your business.
    • Use the services only for lawful business purposes.
    • Keep your account credentials secure.
    • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised activity.
  5. Fees & charges

    Fees applicable to your account and transactions are set out in your pricing schedule or agreed separately in writing. Exchange rates are provided at the time of each transaction.
  6. Liability

    We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  7. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.
  8. Governing law
